By using this website or confirming an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Nature of Products

All products displayed on the website are custom-made and manufactured specifically according to the customer’s selected sizes, colors, and materials at the time of order confirmation.

Once the order is confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be canceled.


2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

  • The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time before order confirmation.

  • Production begins only after the agreed deposit is paid.

  • Full payment may be required before delivery depending on the nature of the product.


3. Deposit Policy

  • The deposit paid is non-refundable if no manufacturing defect exists.

  • In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the company will attempt to repair the issue within 5–7 business days.

  • If the company is unable to repair the issue within this period, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid.


4. Production & Delivery Time

  • Production time is communicated upon order confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the product type or operational circumstances.

  • The company is not responsible for delays beyond its control.


5. Delivery & Inspection

The customer must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.

Since customers accepting the product from the shipping company or company representative constitutes implicit approval of its visible condition.

If there is any visible defect, the customer must notify the company within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.


6. Returns & Exchanges

As all products are custom-made:

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged after production or delivery.

  • Returns are not accepted in cases of change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.


7. Manufacturing Defects After Delivery

If an issue appears after delivery:

  • The company will inspect the issue to determine the cause.

  • If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the company will repair it.

  • Maintenance fees may apply depending on the nature of the issue and repair cost.


8. Maintenance & Transportation

  • If the issue can be repaired at the customer’s location, it will be handled accordingly.

  • If on-site repair is not possible, the product must be sent to the factory for maintenance.

In such cases:

  • The customer bears the cost of dismantling, transportation, and shipping.

  • The company is not obligated to provide transportation if unavailable.

  • The customer may not claim transportation costs unless approved in writing by the company.


9. Measurement Responsibility

If measurements are provided by the customer, the customer is fully responsible for their accuracy.
The company is not liable for products not fitting the intended space after production.


10. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Misuse

  • Installation or dismantling by unauthorized parties

  • Transportation handled by the customer

  • Exposure to moisture, water, or improper storage


11. Amendments

The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
