The warranty policy and our after-sales service protect you in the event of a defect in the design or manufacture after purchasing
Warranty Terms
- The warranty includes product repair service or accessories replacement in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Shipping, return, and exchange fees are deducted.
- All products are made to order and cannot be returned unless we are unable to fix the problem or modify the product within 7 working days.
- The warranty is Canceled in case of installation, maintenance or modification of the product by the customer, even if it is moved from one place to another, or the product has been subjected to misuse, sabotage, fractures, or unsuitable environmental conditions (heat – humidity – water).
- The maintenance process takes 3-5 working days accoarding to from the date of the complaint
Warranty and Maintenance
- Warranty Period: One year from the date of product delivery.
- All parts of the product are covered by the warranty during the warranty period, except for damages resulting from misuse or unsuitable environmental conditions (such as excessive heat, humidity, or water).
- If the product is maintained by individuals other than the company’s authorized service, the warranty will be voided.
- If the product is damaged during the warranty period due to manufacturing or assembly errors, a maintenance appointment will be scheduled (within 5-7 working days), and the maintenance process will be free if the customer delivers the product to our location.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for sending the product to our factory for maintenance or paying a service visit fee if we request a site visit for repairs.
- If the warranty period has expired, the customer can contact our customer service center to schedule a maintenance appointment. The maintenance date will be set (within 5-7 working days), and the cost will be determined based on the type of maintenance required.
- Note: The customer must bring the product manufactured through them to our center for warranty or maintenance services.
