The warranty policy and our after-sales service protect you in the event of a defect in the design or manufacture after purchasing

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty includes product repair service or accessories replacement in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Shipping, return, and exchange fees are deducted.
  • All products are made to order and cannot be returned unless we are unable to fix the problem or modify the product within 7 working days.
  • The warranty is Canceled in case of installation, maintenance or modification of the product by the customer, even if it is moved from one place to another, or the product has been subjected to misuse, sabotage, fractures, or unsuitable environmental conditions (heat – humidity – water).
  • The maintenance process takes 3-5 working days accoarding to from the date of the complaint

Warranty and Maintenance

  • The warranty period is set for ten years from the date of delivery of the product.
  • All parts of the product are subject to the company’s warranty during the warranty period, except for damages resulting from misuse of the product of use and infringing use or unsuitable environmental conditions (heat – humidity – water).
  • If the product is maintained by people other than the company’s authorized service, the product will not be covered by the warranty
  • If the product is damaged during the warranty period due to manufacturing or assembly errors, a maintenance appointment is scheduled (within 5-7 working days) and the maintenance process will be free in case the customer delivers the product in our location.
  • In case the warranty period for the product has expired, You can contact our customer service center to set an appointment for maintenance. A date will be set for maintenance (within 5-7 working days) and the cost will be determined based on the maintenance required for the product.
