Important Notice

All products are made upon request (custom-made). Products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5–7 working days from the delivery date. Kindly note that not all products are eligible for return or exchange.

Return Scenarios

1. Change of Mind

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days from receiving the item.
  • Shipping fees and 50% of the product price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, sealed, and unused.

2. Wrong Product Sent

  • Exchange will be free of charge.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from receiving the item.
  • Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The product must show no signs of use and must be returned complete with original packaging and accessories.

3. Faulty or Defective Item

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days from receiving the item.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • We will attempt to repair the defect within 5–7 working days.
  • If we are unable to repair the defect within this period, the customer will be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email, phone, or our official Facebook page.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process using our shipping partner.
  3. Products returned without contacting Customer Service will be shipped back to you.
  4. If the returned product does not meet the stated conditions, it will be rejected and shipped back to you.
  5. If delivery fails or is refused, the product will be stored for 3 months only, after which it cannot be claimed.

Quality Check

Once we receive the returned item(s), a quality check will be conducted by our After Sales Department. The process may take 6–10 working days. If additional inspection is requested beyond the initially reported issue, the review period will restart.

  • Postal transfer (for residents outside Cairo / Giza / Alexandria) – 5–7 working days.

For postal or cash refunds, you must provide:

  • Full name
  • Clear residential address
  • National ID number

If someone else will collect the refund on your behalf:

  • A photocopy of their National ID must be provided.
  • The recipient must sign a proof of delivery confirming receipt of funds.
