All products are made upon request (custom-made). Products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5–7 working days from the delivery date.   • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from receiving the item.

  • The product must show no signs of use and must be returned complete with original packaging and accessories.

3. Faulty or Defective Item

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days from receiving the item.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • We will attempt to repair the defect within 5–7 working days.
  • If we are unable to repair the defect within this period, the customer will be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Return Process

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process using our shipping partner.
  3. Products returned without contacting Customer Service will be shipped back to you.
  4. If the returned product does not meet the stated conditions, it will be rejected and shipped back to you.
  5. If delivery fails or is refused, the product will be stored for 3 months only, after which it cannot be claimed.
